For established Nigerian companies / Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt
Somewhere in the last month, a serious prospect looked you up before calling. You will never know who they were, or why they didn't.
Before anyone contacts a company in your sector, they check it online. If nothing credible comes up, they move to the next name on the list and you never learn you were on it.
I build business websites that make established Nigerian companies look as credible online as they already are in the field. Seven to ten business days for a standard build, fixed price, and you own everything at the end.
2 live client sites5 named referencesVerifiable performance scores
You are not losing on capability. You are losing before the conversation starts.
Here is what actually happens. A procurement officer gets your name from a colleague. Before they call, they search it. What they find is a Facebook page last updated in 2023, or a site built years ago that does not load properly on a phone, or nothing at all.
They do not conclude that you are bad at what you do. They conclude something worse: that they cannot tell. And when a buyer cannot tell, they pick the option they can verify.
You have more than a hundred delivered projects. You have equipment, certifications, a real team and clients who come back. None of that is visible to someone holding a phone in Lekki at nine in the evening deciding who to shortlist tomorrow.
The expensive part is the deals you never knew you were in.
You get compared to companies smaller than you.
A newer, weaker competitor with a decent website looks bigger than you online. Buyers reward what they can see, and they cannot see your track record.
Your best proof sits on a phone.
Photographs of completed work, certifications, past contracts. Real evidence that never reaches anyone who has not already met you.
Nobody finds you searching for what you sell.
Someone types “corrosion control Port Harcourt” into Google this week. You are not on that page. Your competitor is.
Every enquiry depends on someone remembering you.
Referral is a good channel. It is not a system, and it does not scale past the number of people who happen to think of you.
How this is different
Most developers build you a website. The website is the last thing I do.
The reason most company websites fail is not the code. It is that nobody decided what the site was supposed to say, to whom, or what it wanted them to do. So it says everything to everyone and moves nobody.
- 01
We decide what the site is for. Who your best buyer is, what they need to believe before they call, and the one action the site should produce. Written down before anything is designed.
- 02
I write the words. Not a form for you to fill in. I study the business, then write copy aimed at the person you are trying to reach. This is the part almost nobody includes and the part that decides whether the site works.
- 03
I build it to be found and to be fast. Separate pages for each service, so someone searching for that service lands on it. Static delivery, images compressed properly, a target of under two seconds on a Nigerian mobile connection.
- 04
I hand it over and you own it. Domain in your name. Code in your repository. Hosting under your account if you want it there. A written handover document a non technical person can follow.

GEE Expert Limited, welding and fabrication, Port Harcourt
More than a hundred delivered projects and nothing online. I rebuilt the brand direction, redrew the logo, wrote the copy, and built ten pages with a separate page for each service line. Eleven photographs of their actual finished equipment instead of stock imagery.

“The site was delivered on schedule, works well on phones, which matters because most of our clients open it in the field, and it has genuinely improved how people perceive our company on first contact.”
Adula O. Lawrence
CEO, GEE EXPERT LIMITED

Français Lingua Voyage, online language school
Enrolment was running through WhatsApp with personal account details. I built the brand, the site, the pricing structure and the enrolment flow, including a dollar tier for international students the school had never had.

“In the first 24 hours after our official launch, we had about 213 unique website visitors... We also had web traffic across Nigeria, United States, Germany, Canada and Poland. This resulted in more enquiries and registrations for our online classes.”

Elizabeth Chuks Nwosu
Founder, Français Lingua Voyage
Those are launch day figures driven by her own promotion, not organic search, and I report them as such. Paste either domain into pagespeed.web.dev and check the performance numbers yourself. I would rather you verified them than believed me.
Then the two references that matter most for your sector
“He does not simply do what he is told; he asks the right questions, points out what will not work, and proposes something better.”

“In my practice I deal regularly with parties who overpromise and underdeliver, so I do not use words like integrity casually. He has it.”

Anything requiring custom functionality, a client portal, a database or integrations is quoted separately, because pretending otherwise would mean either overcharging everyone or underdelivering on the complex ones.
Ongoing care
A website is not a one off purchase and I will not pretend it is. Domains expire. Dependencies need patching. Certificates renew. Sites nobody maintains stop working, usually quietly, and usually months before the owner notices.

Which one. Essential Care keeps the site alive, secure and backed up. Take it if your site is largely fixed and you are comfortable waiting a few days for a reply.
Growth Care is for a company whose site changes. Two hours of content changes a month covers new projects, new team members, updated services, without a separate invoice each time. The quarterly review tells you what is working and what is not. And if something breaks, you hear back the same working day rather than later in the week.
The first year of domain registration is included in every package. From the second year, registration and management is ₦35,000 a year on either plan. The domain is registered in your name, so you are the legal owner.
Seven to ten business days.
Not two days. I have seen developers advertise two day builds and I know what gets skipped to hit it. Seven to ten business days is enough to do the positioning, write real copy, build it properly and test it on actual phones. It is also a commitment I have met before rather than one I am hoping to.
Seven to ten business days is the timeline for Professional Presence and Business Growth. Corporate Pro is quoted individually, so its launch date is agreed per project. The guarantee below applies to the agreed date in every case.
On Time Launch Guarantee
If I miss the agreed launch date for any reason within my control, you do not pay the final 25 percent. That is real money and it is meant to be.
One honest condition. The clock pauses while I am waiting on something from you: content, photographs, feedback, approvals. It is not a loophole, it is the only way a fixed timeline is possible on a project that needs your input. I will tell you exactly what I need and when, in writing, before we start.
Payment
- 50%
- to commence
- 25%
- at design approval
- 25%
- before launch
I would rather tell you now than take your money.
This is not right for everyone and pretending otherwise wastes both of our time.
If you want the cheapest possible website, I am not it. You can get something built for ₦80,000 and it will look like it cost ₦80,000, which is a legitimate choice if that is your budget right now.
If you want unlimited revisions, we will not work well together. Anything that changes the agreed structure, functionality or scope is a separate change request with its own price. That is how the fixed price and the fixed timeline stay real.
If nobody on your side can approve decisions, wait until someone can. A project that needs four people to agree on every heading will not finish in ten days and it will frustrate us both.
If your business does not yet have customers, spend the money on getting some first. A website will not create demand that does not exist. It converts attention you have already earned, and I would rather say that plainly than sell you something that cannot work yet.

Free Digital Presence Assessment
Before you spend anything, I will look at how your company currently appears to someone checking you out, and tell you the three biggest opportunities to improve it.
I review your site if you have one, your search visibility, how you appear on a phone, and what a prospect encounters trying to contact you. Then I send you a short written assessment with a clear verdict: improve what you have, rebuild it, start fresh, or leave it alone because it is not your priority right now.
Sometimes the answer is leave it alone. I have no interest in selling you a website you do not need. A reference from someone I told the truth to is worth more to me than one project.
- Costs nothing
- No obligation
- Takes you about 3 minutes
- You get it back within 2 working days
FAQ
How much does a website actually cost?
Between ₦399,000 and ₦699,000 for most companies, and from ₦1,199,000 for larger projects. The price is fixed before we start. You will not get an invoice at the end that is different from the number we agreed.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, the code is yours, and if you want the hosting under your own account it goes there. If you ever want to move to another developer, you take everything with you and I will help with the handover. I mention this because it is not standard practice in this market and it should be.
Can I update it myself?
On Business Growth and above, yes, for the parts that change: text, images, team members, projects. I set up an editor you log into and show you how to use it. Structural changes come to me.
What if I already have a website?
Then the assessment will tell you whether it needs rebuilding or just fixing. Sometimes the honest answer is that yours is fine and the problem is elsewhere.
Do you work with companies outside Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt?
Yes. Those are where most of my clients are, not a restriction. The whole process works over WhatsApp, email and calls.
Why should I trust you rather than an agency?
You should check. Five people have put their names to references you can verify, including a chartered accountant and a practising lawyer. Two live client sites are linked above with performance scores you can measure yourself. And you will be talking to the person doing the work, not an account manager relaying messages.
What if it does not bring in any customers?
Then something outside the website is wrong, and I will tell you that during the assessment rather than after you have paid. A website converts attention. It does not create it. If you have no way to send people to your site, we should talk about that before we talk about building one.
Find out what a prospect sees when they look you up.
Three minutes to complete. Two working days for the assessment. No cost and no obligation, and if the answer is that you do not need a new website, that is what I will tell you.
