How a project with me works.

The Digital Presence Assessment and the Property Website Assessment cost nothing. Asking for one commits you to nothing, and my verdict may be that you do not need a new website at all.

We agree the scope, the price and the launch date before any work begins. The price is fixed before we start. You will not get an invoice at the end that is different from the number we agreed.

Professional Presence, Business Growth, Property Starter and Property Growth launch within seven to ten business days. Corporate Pro and Property Pro are quoted individually, so their launch date is agreed per project. The guarantee below applies to the agreed date in every case.

I tell you in writing what I will need from you, and when. Someone on your side needs to be able to approve decisions, because the timeline depends on it.

Anything that changes the agreed structure, functionality or scope is a separate change request with its own price. I price each one and you agree to it before I do the work, so nothing is added to the agreed price without your say.

If I miss the agreed launch date for any reason within my control, you do not pay the final 25 percent. That is real money and it is meant to be.

One honest condition. The clock pauses while I am waiting on something from you: content, photographs, feedback, approvals. It is not a loophole, it is the only way a fixed timeline is possible on a project that needs your input. I will tell you exactly what I need and when, in writing, before we start.

If you have already made the final payment when I miss the date for a reason within my control, I refund 25 percent of the project value, so paying early never costs you the guarantee.

If you cancel after paying the deposit, I keep the 50 percent deposit and hand over all the work completed to that point.

You do. The domain is registered in your name, the code is yours, and if you want the hosting under your own account it goes there. If you ever want to move to another developer, you take everything with you and I will help with the handover. I mention this because it is not standard practice in this market and it should be.

The first year of domain registration is included in every package. From the second year it is billed yearly, at the rate on the business and property pages.

I may show work I have delivered publicly, including screenshots, performance figures and a written description, unless you ask me in writing not to.

Each package includes post launch support, and the larger ones include care, for the periods listed on the business and property pages. After that, ongoing care is a yearly plan, described on the same pages.
